These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Palindo Gate Tours services, including all tours, transportation, and travel-related services. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
By accessing our website, making a booking, or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you book on behalf of others, you confirm you have their authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.
A booking is confirmed only after we send a written confirmation via WhatsApp or email and the required deposit has been received. Verbal agreements or form submissions alone do not constitute a confirmed booking.
A deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour, before the tour begins. For bookings within 24 hours of the tour date, full payment is required upfront.
We accept Indonesian bank transfer, credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, GoPay, OVO, DANA, and cash in IDR.
Rescheduling is free of charge if requested more than 24 hours before the tour date, subject to availability. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers, guides, local communities, and cultural or religious sites at all times. We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if a guest behaves in an abusive, dangerous, or disrespectful manner. Dress codes required at temples must be followed — appropriate clothing will be provided where needed.
Palindo Gate Tours is not liable for injury, loss, or damage from activities not arranged by us; delays caused by traffic or weather; loss or theft of personal belongings during tours; or illness aggravated during tours. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to safety concerns, weather conditions, road conditions, temple ceremonies, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will substitute alternative arrangements of equal or greater value wherever possible. No refunds will be issued for changes outside our reasonable control.
Guests with medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements must inform us at the time of booking. Certain activities such as volcano trekking may not be suitable for guests with specific health conditions. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it poses an unreasonable risk to a guest's safety.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and tour descriptions, is the property of Palindo Gate Tours and is protected by Indonesian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation, then mediation under Indonesian law before proceeding to formal legal action. We are committed to finding fair, amicable solutions for all our guests.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the jurisdiction of Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia. By using our services, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.
