How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance. For popular tours like Nusa Penida, 3–5 days is ideal.
Can I cancel or reschedule my tour?
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the tour receive a full refund. Rescheduling is free if the new date is available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, GoPay, OVO, and cash in IDR.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes — hotel pickup and drop-off is included for all tours within Seminyak, Kuta, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Sanur areas.
